Registration

Documents Required: 

1. Sports Physical dated 2011 and signed or stamped by a physician.

2. Current photo of each child.

3. Current utility bill, phone bill , etc.. in the name of adult registering child

4. Copy of driver's license in the name of adult registering child

5. Mapquest directions from home to 5520 Grand Blvd. NPR, 34652

6. Copy of birth certificate(new players/cheerleaders only)

Registration Fees:

Deposit due at time of fegistration: $80. for football, 100. for cheerleading 

 Discounts for multiple players,  maximum $400 for family.

$160.-FOOTBALL Includes:  helmet, shoulder pad & game pant rental.  Players get to keep personalized game jersey, practice jersey, socks, mouthpeice, chinstrap.

$185.- CHEERLEADING Includes:  uniform, practice shorts and shirt, hair ribbon, socks, bloomers &  shoes. 

 **  PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT ON A ROSTER UNTIL THE FEE IS PAID IN FULL. **
